We wanted to make our honeymoon trip memorable. As one of our friends suggested Pickyourtrail, without any second thought, we decided to go with them. Day 1: The North Island Tour

Our seven-day itinerary included the North island tour, South Island tour, and Ile aux Cerfs Tour in it. Our first stop in the North Island tour was the Mauritius National Botanical garden followed by dense sugar estate. The tour guide then took us to the most beautifully constructed Port Louis. The waterfront view, tall buildings, the main market, and the craft market simply made our day. Throughout our honeymoon trip, we were contemplating the stunning beauty of the artefacts and architecture.

Day 2: The South Island Tour

Our second day in Mauritius was full of unique experiences. We witnessed volcanic crater, ship factory, beautiful lagoons, Shiv temple, and much more. Adventure park was the favourite part of our trip. We enjoyed a wide array of water sports there. The fun-filled trip was a great opportunity to rediscover the kids in us.

Day 3: Ile Aux Cerfs Tour

I and Archana completely enjoyed the first two days of the trip. Apparently, expectations for the third day was high. Ile Aux Cerfs never disappointed us. Time flew when we were in Paradise Island. Firstly, we were taken in a comfortable motorboat to reach the island. In 15 minutes, we were able to see swaying palm trees and pure white beaches framed by the vivid turquoise waters. The tour offered us a day of pure relaxation and bliss as we soaked up on the white dazzling sand. A dip in the crystal clear turquoise water gave us instant refreshment. The picturesque views, romantic gardens, and fancy restaurants added beauty to our trip.

We completely enjoyed our sweet private time exploring the adventures together. Mauritius is more than just a tropical beauty. Right from a romantic walk along the shore till the adrenaline pumping adventure activities, Mauritius stands as the best honeymoon spot for newlyweds. Walking on the sand, diving deep into the water, and stunning sightseeing experiences took our trip to a whole new level. We had an absolutely memorable experience in Mauritius.
