Takmak Tok

Situated at a height of more than 1200 feet, the Takmak Tok provides an amazing view. Being one of the most important spots in Raigad, Takmak Tok really lives up to its name. The climb can be a bit difficult, but it is an excellent spot for photographers to capture the panoramic frames. In ancient times, this spot was used as a point to punish criminals and traitors, by pushing them down to the deep valley. Monsoons are the best time to visit here because of the serene greenery. Sagargad Fort

Located close to Alibag, this is a trekker’s spot. With green mountains and beautiful waterfalls, Sagargad Fort is a true thing of beauty. And because of its excellent location, this heaven in the Sahyadri range is the real deal. Sagargad trek is considered as one of the best treks in all of Maharashtra.
