Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a wonderful fairy tale setting: a historic trade port town with structures going back to the 15th century, all of which may be explored on foot. For a variety of reasons, the quaint small town of Hoi An is an excellent choice. It’s still quirky enough that the crowds aren’t too bad. It provides solitude and romance on a tight budget.

It is within a few minutes drive from Da Nang’s turquoise seas and beautiful white beaches. Da Nang is only a short drive away and has a variety of luxury resorts as well as beach hotels with a variety of facilities that are both affordable and convenient. The low season in Hoi An and Da Nang lasts from September to March. This is typhoon season in the area, which generally produces short but intense afternoon rainfall. Arrive during these months to take advantage of amazing savings on flights and accommodations, including vacation packages that may save you up to 50% off the usual price.

3. Penang, Malaysia

Penang, like the rest of Malaysia, is one of the world’s most underestimated cheap vacation destinations. The city has an impressively preserved colonial history, magnificent old temples, and is a cultural melting pot. Furthermore, the lovely Batu Ferringhi beach is ideal for relaxing. It does not cost a fortune to have a good time.

4.  Koh Rong, Cambodia

Visitors enjoy Cambodia’s rough and unspoiled beaches because the crowds are less than in neighbouring Thailand and the resorts are less expensive. Koh Rong, the country’s most developed island, is a sanctuary of coral reefs and sandy coves where you can simply sit back and enjoy a breathtaking sunset or take a speedboat trip across the turquoise seas. Although most visitors to Cambodia come to see the ancient temples of Angkor Wat, the nation also has lots of outdoor activities for those wanting some tropical adventure. Cambodia is filled with lush green mountains, dense forests, and sugary-white beaches. Despite its many attractions, Koh Rong is a fraction of the price of a tropical beach holiday in Thailand or Malaysia.

5. Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Many major airports provide direct flights to Jamaica’s Montego Bay, where there are a few inexpensive hotels. Ocho Rios is a budget-friendly resort a couple of hours from Montego. Ocho Rios, once a quiet fishing hamlet, is now home to a slew of all-inclusive resorts tucked among laid-back local establishments serving cheap beers and delicious jerk chicken. It also boasts lovely, secluded white-sand beaches and a well-known waterfall park with swimming and hiking.

6. Langkawi, Malaysia

If you’re on a tight budget, Langkawi, an archipelago of 99 islands in the centre of the Andaman Sea, is a fantastic place to visit. It has a lot to do, huge lengths of beach, and relatively inexpensive lodgings all year. You may save even more money if you travel during the wet months of September and October when rates are reduced by half everywhere. On the plus side, this is the island’s most lush and verdant season. It is ideal for seeing Telaga Tujuh’s seven pools, strolling across the Sky Bridge, and hiking through the mangrove woods of Kilim Geoforest Park. In tropical Malaysia, there is so much to see and do. Rainforest hikes, cave exploration, and endless shopping in urban jungles. However, lively Malaysia is also home to spectacular diving spots, beautiful beaches, and crystal-clear seas.

7.  Aruba

Aruba may appear to be a destination solely for the wealthy and famous, but this island in the southern Caribbean Sea may also be ideal for low-cost beach holidays. September and October are often extremely inexpensive months in Aruba since the island’s trade winds die down and temperatures rise, frequently remaining in the mid-30s Celsius even at night. The months of June through August are less hot yet still inexpensive, albeit the reductions aren’t as substantial. Aruba offers a plethora of well-equipped supermarkets where you may stock up on snacks to reduce your reliance on restaurants. Beach eateries are extremely pricey here, and little expenses quickly add up.

8. Paphos, Cyprus

Paphos, located on Cyprus’s southwest coast, has plenty of sun and water. This year, it is the seventh-cheapest European beach destination. Paphos can wow visitors with its beautiful beaches and warm Aegean Seawater. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Archaeological Park contains the Greco-Roman remnants of tombs, theatres, and fortifications. There are also tasty restaurants, castles, monasteries, and the city’s Old Town to visit.
