Curepipe is a small town located in the centre of Mauritius mainland. It falls under the district Plaines Wilhems and also commonly referred to as La Ville-Lumiere or the City of Light. It is the second-largest Botanical park in Mauritius. It is a 27-acre lush green vegetation and home to the rare palm trees “Hyophorbe Amaricaulis“. In addition, there is no entrance fee to the garden. It is a good place to relax and enjoy the twilight.
