Documents required to process Malta Visa

  1. Original Passport which is valid for at least 6 months with 3 fully blank pages
  2. Old Passports if applicable
  3. Visa Application form duly filled and signed
  4. 2 recent colour photographs with the right measurement mentioned
  5. Aadhaar Card
  6. A Covering letter needs to be enclosed (For Employed – the covering letter needs to be written in Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – the covering letter needs to be written in Company Letterhead)
  7. Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for the last 3 years
  8. Confirmed return flight tickets
  9. Hotel reservations/bookings
  10. Trip Itinerary day wise
  11. Travel Insurance (with a minimum coverage of EUR 30000 per person)

  2. Upload the required supporting documents mentioned above as per the individual.
