- Indian passport holders who wish to apply for a visa should hold a passport with a minimum validity of 3 months from the date of departure to New Zealand.
- A digital copy of the applicant which meets the specification is required.
- A credit/debit card for making payment on filling the visa application form should be kept handy.
- A valid e-mail address should be given as you will be receiving visa updates over the mail.
- To prove your financial stability in your home country, you will be required to produce bank statements.
- Have your return tickets ready on arrival to New Zealand for you will have to produce the same.

Documents Required:
Not much of documents are required for your iVisa process, but it is a must that you hold the below-mentioned documents for smooth processing.
- You are required to have a passport with a validity of 6 months from the date of arrival in New Zealand. Old passport if any should also be produced.
- Two colour photographs (35mm x 45mm) which are taken in recent times.
- Covering letter mentioning your purpose of the visit is required. Also, a duly filled visa application form is required.
- Your travel itinerary along with your return travel ticket.
- Bank statements for the past 6 months with enough closing balance.
- A job confirmation letter, No Objection Certificate and leave letter signed by the employer are mandatory.
- If you are self-employed, you will be needing to produce GST, ITR documents and company registration certificate.

Visa processing time
The processing time for a New Zealand visa for Indians is not currently defined. But however, while applying for a visa via iVisa, you will be required to choose between three available processing times
