#COVID19: Pickyourtrail Co-Founders’ Message to Travellers

Dear travellers,

Corona — the six-letter word has instigated a paradigm shift in the global travel and tourism industry with leading travel-related brands falling apart like a house of cards and major airlines being grounded around the world in the last couple of weeks. Needless to say, the industry is witnessing an unprecedented crisis of a magnitude no one ever fathomed or even prepared for. We, at Pickyourtrail, were also caught off guard by the scale and intensity of the developments in the wake of the COVID-19 situation.

What are we doing as a travel company right now?

Our priority has been to maximise refunds for travellers who have booked their trips in March and April. We have put together this blog to answer most of your queries related to trip cancellations and refunds. We will continue to work with our travellers as the situation evolves. You may please expect some delays given the sheer volume of cancellations across the industry. 

For the optimists out there who wish to plan a trip in the upcoming weeks, we request you to follow government advisories and make informed decisions about your travels in the near future. We’re as appalled as you are about this unfortunate crisis. But, being safe is of the utmost importance right now.
