Tourists need to climb 463 steps to reach the top of Dome and it is usually very crowded and you will have to patiently wait in queues to climb and get on to the top. It houses the museum which is open to the public only on Mondays. Entrance to this museum is free of cost and there is a floor over the museum which accommodates an empty room with wall to wall windows that provide a spectacular view of Florence.

Palazzo Vecchio is a historic government building The bell tower in Palazzo Vecchio that is allowed to climb gives a breathtaking view of the city. The museum holds the rich history of Italy’s arts and literature over the years. The entry ticket to the Museum costs 12.50 Euros and there is no strict dress code visitors must adhere to.
