Though there has been a relaxation in regards to vacations for Dubai citizens and residents, it is very important to follow the rules and regulations that come with it. So, here is the answer to your big question. Find below the countries that welcome travellers from Dubai and require only a negative RT-PCR report and its quarantine-free travel too.

1. Maldives

Maldives is one of the most sought-after destinations during the pandemic. Even amidst the uncertainty in travel, there were many travellers from Dubai flying to Maldives for a much-needed trip. Requirements

The requirement is pretty simple. Please carry a negative RT-PCR test report taken no more than 96 hours from the departure time and upload the same to the Maldives immigration website. There is no quarantine requirement too. However, a self-declaration has to be filled 24 hours prior to your arrival time.

It is mandatory for UAE residents to have a negative RT-PCR test report taken 72 hours prior to departure to Dubai. However, UAE nationals can take a test upon arrival if not taken in Maldives.

2. Greece

Greece is a flawless white beauty. It has a lot of sightseeing places, beautiful landscapes, rich architectural buildings, cool cafes, beaches and roads lined with milk-white structures. If you are looking to have a great wholesome trip to Greece after being at home for more than a year, then Greece is the best option.

Requirements

If you are a resident of Dubai, the mandatory quarantine of 7 days does not apply. You just need to carry a negative molecular PCR test for COVID-19 that was taken 72 hours prior to your departure. In case if you are fully vaccinated (More than 14 days from the second dose) or recovered from COVID-19 (No sooner than 2 months and no later than 9 months), you can show any of the above certificates and enter Greece without a test RT-PCR report. Apart from this, a Passenger Locator Form has to be filled a day before your arrival. Quarantine is not mandatory.

It is mandatory for UAE residents to have a negative RT-PCR test taken 72 hours prior to departure to Dubai. However, UAE nationals can take a test upon arrival if not taken in Greece.

3. Seychelles

Seychelles is one of the top holiday destinations that you can choose to visit during this pandemic. The white sand beaches at Seychelles and the tall standing palm trees, is a beautiful combination. On top of all, it gives you much relaxed travel requirements to travel if you are a Dubai resident.

Requirements

You are required to carry a negative RT-PCR test report that was taken no more than 72 hours prior to the departure. There is no quarantine requirement once you land but do have an insurance which covers the quarantine cost. There will just be temperature checks and visual assessments upon arrival. Do fill the health authorisation a day before your travel.

4. Turkey

You will be asked to bring a negative RT-PCR test report taken and the Turkey Entrance Form, have to be done within 72 hours from the departure time. You may just have COVID‑19 health screening on arrival. There wouldn’t be any quarantine requirement for travellers from UAE unless you have travelled to South Africa, Brazil and India in the last 10 days.

It is mandatory for travellers who are returning to Dubai to have a negative RT-PCR test taken 72 hours prior to departure. However, UAE nationals can take a test upon arrival if not in Maldives. UAE residents should take two tests, one in Turkey and another one in Dubai.

5. Egypt

Egypt is one of the most loved places in Africa without which any Africa itinerary will look incomplete. With the historical monuments that it has preserved all the while and the all time favourite attractions like River Nile, make it a worth-visiting destination. Though it is allowing travellers from Dubai, there are strict COVID rules in place so make sure you follow them throughout your trip.

Requirements

Egypt requires a negative RT-PCR test report that was taken 72 hours prior to your departure to allow entry. You must complete the Public Health Card before your arrival at Egypt. There is no mandatory quarantine requirement.

Travelling back to Dubai

It is mandatory for travellers who are returning to Dubai to have a negative RT-PCR test taken 72 hours prior to departure. However, UAE nationals can take a test upon arrival if not in Maldives. UAE residents should take two tests, one in Egypt and another one in Dubai.
