Day 3: Udaipur

Visit the famous Amer Fort on the 3rd day of your Udaipur Trip. Amer Fort, also known as Amber Fort, is situated about 15 kilometres away from the city of Udaipur. Hence, it should roughly take 30 minutes to drive to the fort. You can hire private taxis to visit the fort.

Day 4: Udaipur

On the last day of your Udaipur trip, visit the Bhangarh Fort, which is roughly 500 kilometres away from Udaipur. Start your day quite early as the drive could take somewhere around 6 – 8 hours.

It was built in the 17th century for Madho Singh I, by his father Bhagwant Das. Despite so many years, the fort and its precincts are very well preserved.

It is forbidden to enter this fort before sunrise and after sunset. There are a lot of restrictions to visit this fort. This is because there is a widespread belief that this fort is haunted, and there have been several mishappenings throughout the years.
