Born out of the collaboration of Guizhou Ssangyong Airport Economic Zone Administrative Committee and Dongfang Times Network Media Co., Ltd, the foundation for the one-of-a-kind massive 10 billion project was laid in 2016. And the vision was to build the world’s first science fiction application and R&D industry base with a combination of 3D printing, holographic tech, and sci-fi technologies.

As you step inside the interactive theme park, you will feel the vibe of being in some kind of a UFO base surrounded by structures which look like as if they were taken out of a science fiction movie. Grab your VR headsets, and you are good to go.

Some of the major highlights of the theme park include – star wars themed VR rollercoaster ride, a tour of the solar system, guardian gemini virtual ride, science fiction theatre, constellation amusement hall, and an alien battlefield rail car.

Can’t wait to get inside the virtual reality theme park? Here’s the good news. The first phase of the park will be open to the public by December 2017 and the rest of the sections of the park will open one by one throughout 2018. Most importantly, the launch of this VR based theme park will change the face of travel.
