Travel Requirements:

Please note that at the border control in Azerbaijan, foreigners are required to present a COVID-19 passport (a document confirming complete vaccination against COVID-19 or immunity gained by recovering from COVID-19)

The expiry date of the passport must be minimum of 6 months

Cancellation Policy:

96 Hours hours Prior to arrival all services are refundable except hotel Hotel Cancellation will be as per Hotel Policy mentioned at the time of Confirmation Under 96 hours prior to arrival 50% Cancellation shall apply Refundable services are Entrance Tickets and Meals.

Standard Hotel check-in time is 14:00 Hrs and check-out time is 12:00 Noon Transfer & Guide service working time is 10:00 am – 10:00 pm In the restaurant duration for having meals is 1.5 Hours for normal dinner and lunches Outside liquor is not allowed in the restaurants. Corkage charges ranging from US$ 20-30 per bottle shall apply

Meals should be eaten at the restaurant, we are not responsible for takeaways. For cancellation or change for any restaurant information should be given 24 hours before for free cancellation The vehicle will move accordingly to time schedule mentioned on the program. All groups should leave Hotel for dinners at a given time in the program starting the tour in the morning and moving for dinners in the evenings

Prices are subject to Minimum Pax traveling together as above and any change in the number of pax will affect the price and the same will be recalculated as per the number of final pax Rates are not available for Block out and Holiday dates
