It was indeed a wonderful and unique experience. The team from pick your trail were very professional and the 24/7 support chat during the tour window was really helpful and the responses were fast and clear. The next day schedule pops up inbthe chat the previous day evening. Overall we enjoyed our swiss and paris trip.

So we (I and My Husband) decided that we wanna travel to Europe for our first vacay after marriage. And as it was our dream vacay, we started our research. Initially, we were of the opinion that we don't want any third party to be involved in our trip planning.But during our research,we found out about PYT (Pick Your Trail). We were initially hesitant planning our trip with a startup especially when stakes are so high. But we finally spoke to the team. The team has been so supportive all through this travel process. From Day1 to Last Day (till we landed back in India). they were with us virtually 24*7. It's a great great platform to plan your trips; Very Well Organised; Great Team ; Patient Employees. I had a great experience on my first trip with PYT. PYT people were helpful from beginning to end. At the start PYT gave many choices for my trip within my budget and were happy to customise as per my needs. Their support on telegram was phenomenal. They were quick to respond to all my queries during trip. I liked what-to-pack list provided by PYT. But I am still waiting for the complimentary goodies that they promised to deliver. It’s been 2 months still it is not delivered. All in all I definitely recommend PYT.

"It was a well planned trip by PIckyourtrail. All the hotels were centrally placed. Like just five minutes from the station or metro by walk. Our city travel passes were booked in advance , the group tours had the best tour guides. We had a PHD class historian as guide at St. Peter’s basilica. The local support through whatsapp groups were very warm and cooperative. They answered all our questions and organised everything we asked for, except they blushed when we asked for tea with the Pope. On the whole a good bunch of professionals.

PYT has one of the best teams , which provides amazing services right from creating and suggesting an itinerary, letting you customize every aspect of the tour yourself (can choose activities, hotels, transfers, flights,etc) and yet offer highly competitive rates. Being an over cautious traveller , I was apprehensive at first booking with PYT but now have no regrets after having a wonderful and smooth europe trip (10nights- paris - florence-rome). The team was prompt , responsive and always willing to help. Not just the sales team who are generally eager and enthusiastic, but it was also their operations team which was highly professional throughout. Just to mention- The tool lets you add activities, upgrade hotels , add transfers , change things to suit your budget yourself. This provides transparency and lets you create an itinerary which suits your preferences and cost. Also they create a support group where a dozen odd team members from PYT will be there to assist you throughout the journey and provide you updates and useful links If you planning to book a tour with them, go ahead and you will not be disappointed. Special mention- Subbu from Sales , Sahal from Operations and entire support team. More power to you ????
