We booked our all-girls Thailand trip with Pick Your Trail and planned it with their associate (Ashirwad). We received excellent recommendations and they gave us the freedom to decide how we wanted to structure our days. The trip was going smoothly until we hit a snag: we found roaches in our four-star hotel when we arrived in Phuket. It didnt meet our expectations, especially given what we had paid for. We immediately contacted their support team and Ashirwaad. While the support team didnt provided us with satisfactory resolution initially, Ashirwaad stepped forward and assured us he would resolve the hotel issue and we were moved to another hotel the very next day. The new hotel was wonderful and perfectly aligned with our expectations. From that point onward, everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic time and soon forgot about the incident. It was our first international trip as friends in 18 years, so it was important for us to make the most of it. We really appreciate Ashirwaad and his team for turning things around and making this a memorable trip. We would definitely approach them again for their excellent services!

I had wonderful first time international travel experience to Thailand, all thanks to PickYourTrail team starting from fully customisable itinerary curated by Jagadish and then by Divya who explained all the procedures till departure from India. The best part was WhatsApp group which included the partners both from India and Thailand and also Live Chat option in PickYourTrail app. Once again thanks to the entire crew and team of PickYourTrail for organising our first international trip.

Pickyourtrail is one of the better travel agencies out there. Our trip to Thailand went very smoothly and their 24*7 support chat was very helpful for on ground assistance, however there needs to be better inter communication between the teams during the previous stages.

We had our recent family vacation to Thailand planned through pickyourtrail 2 months back & must say the entire experience from planning the itinerary, customising as per our needs & the actual experience was truly amazing. Since we had our 2 year old daughter travelling the entire itinerary was designed accordingly. We really appreciate trip planner Suchis efforts in curating a customized itinerary. All other point of contacts like Sanjay, Sathya, Ganga were extremely cooperative & helpful throughout the journey. Its a young growing travel company & I wish them good luck always. You guys have been doing a great job.

Our Thailand trip organised by PYT was good. Time given for the activities was just right. Need to improve on providing complete details with the customers on all the activities in a given event or a place.
