I recently booked my Phuket, Thailand trip with Pickyourtrail, and overall, it was a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and all the services were delivered as committed. Recently booked a trip to Thailand with them, had a fantastic time there. Everything was spot on, from pickups to drop offs to tour guides. Loved every bit of it. I just have one complaint - during our Phi Phi island tour by Ferry, we were not told that they have booked an economy seat for us. Thus, we had to pay 1600 baht on the spot to upgrade our seat. Please be bit cautious on this as Pickyourtrail may hide few important details while booking the package. I will take one star off due to this. Otherwise it's highly recommended to book with them.
