We had a hassle free and smooth experience throughout the journey. There were some bitter experiences with the ground team in Thailand but pick your trail available round the clock to address the concerns immediately. The chat support is live support and gets immediate response & solution. The very initial phase Travel "planner" doesn't have sound knowledge to design the perfect itinerary. We had to change it multiple times by going through the web information. After we ask, they check with the ground team in Thailand and redesign the itinerary which is really a painful process as a customer. There are few hiccups here and there which we can experience from any travel partners. To standout from others, pick your trail should provide end to end exceptional service to their customers. We definitely consider pick your trails as our travel partner in future. I hope things will get better over the years and experience.

The experience is very good with pickyourtrail. The booking process is good and planning places and accommodation would have been much better but found that the cost is a bit high compared to own booking. Transportation service is good ,the drivers are so polite and the transport team (Lark holidays) is very helpful in Thailand.

Travelled to Krabi and Phuket by planning our trip with pick your trail. Must say, the experience was wonderful. Even though the trip was planned at last moment but everything was organised brilliantly.
