I recently used PYT services for my recent visit to Vietnam. What made me choose PYT?: PYT promptly followed up with phone calls and emails after I filled a form on their website. PYT literally made it easy for me to customize every single aspect of my visit. A huge plus point here. Ease to choose your free time, your own tour is fantastic. PYT allowed me to easily add whatever I want in the app and provided a lot of choices. Great advantage here! Prices were also similar to what was offered at other places, so good job on that. VISA and domestic flights were handled by PYT. A day before my trip, a WhatsApp group was created with PYT and their Vietnamese counterparts. My pick up details were provided prior to departure and the driver was present as soon as I was out of the airport. All local tour details were informed a day prior and everything mentioned in the itinerary was covered satisfactorily. Had the same good experience with all other transport, tours and domestics flight. No areas to complain. I am someone who always plan my own trips. Shared tours always has its disadvantage. You need to be ready at the decided time, you may find some interesting places where you would like to spend more time and you are forced to leave due to schedule, some places where you are done early but you need to wait for other tourists. This happened on this tour as well. I had less time at few places forcing me to wind up soon and had lots of time at places leaving me waiting for other tourists to return. We were also taken to a pearl and agar wood boutique which was not a part of the itinerary. It was a big sales pitch to purchase overpriced pearls and agarwood jewellery. We were just left there with no idea where the exit is and were shown overpriced stuff over and over again. We did not sign-up for this. This is similar to the Indian auto-rickshaw/tuktuk scam "pay me less but I will take you to a store-just see, don't buy anything" kind of thing. What could be improved? My initial hotel was changed at the last minute (said that the hotel management changed, so it was only the change in hotel name). Initial tour guide was waiting for me at another hotel. We were searching for each other for sometime before we realized that we were at different locations. The tour guide then asked me to share my location and arrived after sometime. This could have been avoided. Not a big deal though, but this would have impacted the other patrons participating in the shared tour. It would be better to provide a list of hotels as well as options just like the option for available tours. This way it makes it easier to choose a hotel of my choice. I had to contact my advisor to modify hotels/room types. It's just easier to provide a few options and choose one instead of talking on the phone to decide on hotel and room type. Pro Travelers: The other things like transfers from/to hotel or anywhere in between, there are apps like Grab. If you want local tours, you can use klook or GetYourGuide. You can find all entry tickets, day trips and events for decent prices. We may book hotels on Booking.com, Agoda or anything else. If you would like something hassle free, everything booked and ready for you, I would recommend PYT. Just pack your bags and only decide on what to do in your free time, like shopping. Everything else is pre-planned and well taken care of. I would also recommend using PYT if you are visiting a country for the first time since you wouldn't know how well things work. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with PYT. Everything promised were fulfilled. If I need to use services or if someone asks me for recommendations for travel, PYT would be my first choice. PYT's app and website is also great. A lot of information and customizability helps planning your tours very well to a granular level.

We went to Vietnam through pickyourtrail. Overall experience was really good The trip was well organised and top class service was provided. Just one feedback, our hotel in Hanoi was far from the places where the food and local shopping was easily accessible. Because of this we had to face a lot of traffic to reach to the most common meeting points of the bus operators of trips there. Other than that, overall the planning was really good.

We went to Vietnam through pickyourtrail. Overall experience was really good The trip was well organised and top class service was provided. Just one feedback, our hotel in Hanoi was far from the places where the food and local shopping was easily accessible. Because of this we had to face a lot of traffic to reach to the most common meeting points of the bus operators of trips there. Other than that, overall the planning was really good.

Our trip to Vietnam was perfect and smooth in all ways I could imagine. There was no issue at all, anywhere and everything was executed perfectly, right from trip planning and finalisation, to our last check out. Pickyourtrail team provided very prompt and thorough support and inputs whenever needed, whatever the time of the day was. The properties suggested and chosen by Pradeep, were top notch, exactly as per my requirement. The hotel in Da Nang was arguably the best located and most warming, followed by the stay in Phu Quoc, which had a private beach too. The only issue was regarding flight timings, which however didnt dampen our experience at all, as the excitement was very high, given the amazing itenary planned by Pradeep. I especially loved the Singapore layover, the Changi airport is not to be missed. I am fortunate to have covered good places, with comfortable stays and knowing that Pickyourtrail team was in constant touch for any kind of help needed. I had enough time and liberty to do things on my own as well - like riding scooty extensively in Da Nang (which helped me go to Hoi An for an evening as well) and exploring Phu Quoc too. Though the trip was slightly higher budgeted, I have no regrets at all and it was more than worth it. Thanks a lot Pradeep, for all your support, the deep discussions we had on planning the trip and then ensuring smooth execution and travel

Had an awesome experience with Pickyourtrail for our visit to Vietnam. The destination was a last minute choice as we could not travel to Turkey (curated by Pickyourtrail) due to limited VISA processing time available. Archana Purohit did a splendid job in curating the itinerary and flight options for a 10+ days trip. The choice of hotels, cruise and local transport was excellent. We stayed at Hanoi, Halong Bay (Cruise), Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh and Phu Quoc. The hotel at Da Nang could have been better and wouldn't recommend for Indians. The cruise was the highlight and truly a memorable experience on Christmas Eve. Travelling with an infant was comfortable, thanks to their planning and sightseeing options provided. We enjoyed a lot as a family. Biggest benefit of PYT is their 24/7 support during the trip. They were super responsive for all the queries and the support team of Reshma, Samson, Ganga, Kalai, Satish, Sathya, Kavimalar did a brilliant job. Be it as simple as sending the driver details or adding excess baggage on our flight, they were definitely helpful. Even if the answer is No/Not Possible, it was well communicated and did not leave us in limbo. The local guides, driver and support team on ground were very professional and courteous. Definitely would recommend Pickyourtrail for the following key reasons. 1. They respond. Period. They do take an effort to followup and curate itinerary as per our requirements. 2. Choice of hotels, local transportation is good. 3.Fully functional app which was very useful during our trip 4. 24/7 - support chat which is quick, responsive and solution oriented

We visited Vietnam recently and it was a wonderful trip for us, though there are a few areas where PYT could improve: 1. In Da Nang, we stayed at Cicilia Hotel, and our experience wasnt entirely satisfactory. One of the rooms had plumbing issues, and it took the hotel management a significant amount of time to resolve it. PYTs support was great, as they kept checking in with us throughout. Next issue was that the hotel was very strict about not allowing breakfast to be brought to the room, which became an inconvenience since one of our family members was unwell and unable to go to the dining area. Eventually, they made an exception, but it took a lot of time and effort. Overall, our stay in Da Nang was disappointing. 2. Another thing is that, it would have been helpful if PYT had informed us about the weather conditions in advance. We encountered heavy rains in Da Nang, and a heads-up from PYT could have helped us better prepare. So please check the weather conditions before visiting. On the positive side, the trip was well organized, pickups were timely, the tour guides were polite and knowledgeable, and PYTs customer support was excellent. Thanks to Mr. Akash Singhania for curating the itenary and accomodating all our requirements. Overall, I would recommend PYT to my friends and would choose them again for future trips. I would rate our experience with PYT a 4 out of 5.
