I booked a trip with my family and older parents with pick your trail covering Singapore and Malaysia. Overall the experience was great . The team communicated very well during the entire process . They also helped my parents with the Singapore visa as well . The WhatsApp group during Singapore visit was very helpful to get support during the trip. The only thing I wish they shared the tickets for the attraction and driver details before the trip. For example when we reached Malaysia the team had not yet shared the driver details and the driver was late. However, the team was helpful to get back quickly when I reached to them via WhatsApp. I would recommend them and look forward to a future trip with them.

While the travel experience was smooth and hassle-free, I felt that the itinerary could have been more thoughtfully planned. From the beginning, the options presented to us seemed like the standard sightseeing activities, and once we arrived at the destination, we realized that there were other unique experiences we missed out on. As one of the leading travel companies, I expected a more tailored approach that would consider the diverse preferences and needs of travelers. Additionally, the accommodations provided could have been of a higher standard, given your companys reputation. A bit more attention to the quality of the stays would have certainly enhanced our overall experience. I hope this feedback helps in improving future trips for other travelers. Had been to Singapore during the first week of October with the help and planning of Pickyourtrail. They have been very professional throughout the planning of the trip and were very accommodative to take our requests and modify the itinerary to suite them. Their planning team, visa processing team, finance team were all very professional and helpful with the requests we had. Once we reached Singapore, their on the ground execution was spot on. All their pickups were absolutely on time and their onsite support team were very friendly and clear in explaining the places we are going to visit along with suggestions about where to spend time. Special call out to Dev, Chitranshu, Ruban from the pickyourtrial team and they have been of great support. Got great support from Sam (onsite team) during our stay. Overall, I would rate 4.5 for pickyourtrail services with only one suggestion to explain the suggestive duration for each place of visit well in advance to plan the visits more appropriately.
