My family and I took a trip to Iceland with Pickyourtrail 2 weeks ago, and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences we've ever had. We travelled there to see aurora lights and we got extremely happy to see them on all nights during our stay in Reykjavik! Thanks very much to the team at Pickyourtrail who helped us every step of our way through this trip. The itinerary was perfectly created as per our choices. The hotels they chose for us in Akureyri and Vik were also centrally located with so many amenities. They kept us informed about every small thing on trip, which made our holiday hassle-free as they state. Their support chat is round the clock and they will get back to you even in the middle of the night, which was very useful to us when we faced minor inconveniences during an activity but their team resolved those issues almost immediately. I will definitely recommend their services to everyone. Will surely reach out to them for my next international holiday. Thank you team Pickyourtrail, once again!

We have been to Iceland and it was a great service from pick your trail. Service and knowledge about the destination is very good. Our travel planner priya was very supportive and provided wide range of itinerary options. Overall it was a great experience.

Was very happy to work with Samrit from Pick your trail. I wanted to plan an offbeat trip to Iceland and in fact got a lot of useful information from him that is otherwise difficult to procure from googling. He was very patient in understanding my requirements and gave suggestions here and there. Being a constant traveller, he is one of the best travel planners I have worked with :-) Highly recommending Pick Your Trail. Will definitely come back to them for my next trip.

I planned my Iceland vacation through pickyourtrail!! The whole team was very good. Specially Adarsh and lony. We had an amazing trip to Bali, all thanks to Nabeel! Nabeel planned our Bali trip exactly the way we imagined it! The itinerary was spot-on and matched our interests perfectly. Had an amazing experience with PickYourTrail for our honeymoon trip to Bali (7 nights / 8 days). The itinerary was beautifully planned, covering all the must-visit spots with perfect pacing. Our cab driver/guide was extremely professional, polite, and punctual. The vehicle provided was super clean, well-maintained, and always had a pleasant fragrance made our journeys even more comfortable. Though we missed visiting Tanah Lot due to time constraints, everything else was absolutely perfect, so pls check once if enough time is there to reach from one activity to other. The package might feel slightly expensive, but its completely worth it for the smooth service and support they offer. Tip for fellow Indian travelers: Carry some ready-to-eat meals, as Indian food options are limited and local food may not suit everyone's palate. Picking Pick Your Trail has been one of the best decisions we took for our Europe trip. From start to finish, it has been a smooth experience. Mithun has been outstanding communicator during initial planning stage of the trip, very patient and accommodative of our requests. During the trip, 24/7 chat was so handy and efficient. Great experience for us. There was help for us at every point. If any going out for the first time i could recommend them. Rajalakshmi and the ground team were always in contact with us irrespective of the time zones. I liked the 24 x 7 availability of the teams and they were able to make the last minute changes.

Recently, my husband, our in-laws, our nine-month-old baby, and I went on a 3N/4D trip to Bangkok and Pattaya. More than us, our 60-year-old parents thoroughly enjoyed the trip and were genuinely impressed with how impeccably everything was organized. Our vehicles arrived on time, and every place listed in our itinerary was covered seamlessly. We never had to contact the local support team because everything ran smoothly and nothing went wrong. So, why not 5 stars? If one only considers the logistical aspects, theres no doubt this deserves five stars. Our parents even urged us multiple times to leave a glowing five-star review! However, my husband and I did feel a bit disappointed by the overly mechanical nature of the app-based coordination. It lacked a human touchwe never really felt that someone cared about our trip personally. Instead, it felt like we were being guided by a well-oiled machine, which, while delivering a wonderful outcome, felt impersonal. This is something we missedbut to be fair, Im not even sure how many people would want or expect that kind of personal connection. Still, Im sharing this perspective for those of you who might prefer your travels to be executed with a bit more human warmth, rather than just mechanical perfection. No other complaints!
