I recently booked my Phuket, Thailand trip with Pickyourtrail, and overall, it was a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and all the services were delivered as committed. The team ensured smooth coordination, making the trip hassle-free and enjoyable. From accommodation to transfers and sightseeing, everything was well-organized, allowing us to focus on exploring and relaxing. However, there were some initial hiccups in clarifying the inclusions and exclusions of services with the sales team. A bit more transparency and streamlined communication in the early stages would have made the booking process smoother. Despite that, the execution was flawless, and the on-ground experience met my expectations. The support team was responsive, ensuring any concerns were addressed promptly. I would recommend Pickyourtrail for a well-curated travel experience and hope they continue to enhance their booking process for an even better customer journey.

Our trip to Vietnam was perfect and smooth in all ways I could imagine. There was no issue at all, anywhere and everything was executed perfectly, right from trip planning and finalisation, to our last check out. Pickyourtrail team provided very prompt and thorough support and inputs whenever needed, whatever the time of the day was. The properties suggested and chosen by Pradeep, were top notch, exactly as per my requirement. The hotel in Da Nang was arguably the best located and most warming, followed by the stay in Phu Quoc, which had a private beach too. The only issue was regarding flight timings, which however didnt dampen our experience at all, as the excitement was very high, given the amazing itenary planned by Pradeep. I especially loved the Singapore layover, the Changi airport is not to be missed. I am fortunate to have covered good places, with comfortable stays and knowing that Pickyourtrail team was in constant touch for any kind of help needed. I had enough time and liberty to do things on my own as well - like riding scooty extensively in Da Nang (which helped me go to Hoi An for an evening as well) and exploring Phu Quoc too. Though the trip was slightly higher budgeted, I have no regrets at all and it was more than worth it. We planned our thailand trip in the month of December with Pickyourtrail. Even we were surprised by the support and effort put in by the team to accommodate all of our request. A special mention of Mr. Arun C David who really walked the extra mile in supporting us. He listened to all of our reuqest and patiently dealt with all the queries and changes. Since we planned a trip for 10 members, there were a lot of itinerary changes and requests. It was completely tailored to suit our specific needs. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to enjoy a stress-free and memorable trip. He will be a true asset to the company. Recently booked a trip to Thailand with them, had a fantastic time there. Everything was spot on, from pickups to drop offs to tour guides. Loved every bit of it. I just have one complaint - during our Phi Phi island tour by Ferry, we were not told that they have booked an economy seat for us. Thus, we had to pay 1600 baht on the spot to upgrade our seat. Please be bit cautious on this as Pickyourtrail may hide few important details while booking the package. I will take one star off due to this. Otherwise it's highly recommended to book with them.
