Lipi Jain was our tour coordinator for Thailand trip covering Bangkok and Pattaya of 4 days. It was a sudden plan from our side and she did her best and was always available on our request for planning and coordinating the itinerary all time on wassup. Really appreciate her efforts. I had a wonderful experience interacting with Hariharan ji from Pickyourtrail. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. He patiently listened to all my queries, explained every detail clearly, and was always supportive and respectful throughout our conversations. His professionalism and dedication are commendable. He offered me multiple land packages for Thailand tailored to my preferences, and even after a few requests, he kindly extended a discount on the packages. Tried Pickyourtrail for the first time and had a great trip. Planning was good, consultative. Requests for changes accommodated easily. Pre travel briefing was very helpful. All arrangements in Thailand were really good. Cabs on time, courteous drivers, enough flexibility when we needed. So great overall.

Had recently booked a private tour for vietnam for my family. It was a an excellent experience right from the discussion stage of the iternary customisation to arrangements made. The staff was very polite professional and accommodating. The choice of properties as per budget was very good. The support staff was very prompt in their response for any queries that we had resolving issues that arose during the trip The choice of cars and service provided were excellent and the guides very professional. Overall a very good experience.

We had a quite seamless and not to worry kinda trip with Pick your trail. Our trip to Thailand was a memory to remember. All the logistics were well handled and instructions were considered carefully while crafting our iternary. Never faced a moment to followup or chase for things. Nithin Kalyan deserves the Best Employee Award at PickYourTrail. My family had the smoothest and the most organized and fun filled Thailand trip ever. Loved the way Nithin planned everything for us and hats off to his patience level as we were changing options to best fit our trip. The private transfers, the coordination with the drivers and hotels there was on point. The trip was tailored for us by Nithin in such a way that it was budget friendly for us and at the same time, it was super convenient and extremely satisfactory. We are 100% booking our next trip this year with PickYourTrail and we definitely need Nithin Kalyan for it... Great job guys.!!!!
