Hi Team, We are back from our Bali trip and we would like to thank Mr. Manoj Kumar for planning an excellent trip for us. This was our 2nd trip with pick your trail and the experience has been amazingly well. We really appreciate Manoj chipping in a lot of effort in researching and helping us in making a tailored itinerary for our trip. He had also provided a list of pure veg restaurants as we were really fussy about food. Our trip was so amazing that we did not find ourselves in an uneasy situation even once in 7 days. We would like to thank Manoj and pickyourtrail for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend pickyourtrail for having a memorable trip abroad. Recently in the month of January 25, we had a package trip to Bali from Pickurtrail, it was nicely managed by the Pickurtrail team and we enjoyed a lot. Me Athar has attended there in Bali and really it was a wonderful trip. In the package, whatever activities and sightseens were planned, they all have been performed with safety like snorkelling etc. Pickurtrail is a good travel agency upon which it can be relied. We booked our all-girls Thailand trip with Pick Your Trail and planned it with their associate (Ashirwad). We received excellent recommendations and they gave us the freedom to decide how we wanted to structure our days. The trip was going smoothly until we hit a snag: we found roaches in our four-star hotel when we arrived in Phuket. It didnt meet our expectations, especially given what we had paid for. We immediately contacted their support team and Ashirwaad. While the support team didnt provided us with satisfactory resolution initially, Ashirwaad stepped forward and assured us he would resolve the hotel issue and we were moved to another hotel the very next day. The new hotel was wonderful and perfectly aligned with our expectations. From that point onward, everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic time and soon forgot about the incident. It was our first international trip as friends in 18 years, so it was important for us to make the most of it. We really appreciate Ashirwaad and his team for turning things around and making this a memorable trip. We would definitely approach them again for their excellent services!

Pickyourtrail is one of the better travel agencies out there. Our trip to Thailand went very smoothly and their 24*7 support chat was very helpful for on ground assistance, however there needs to be better inter communication between the teams during the previous stages.

I booked PYT Bali trip it was a wonderful experience overall and had a very good trip with my family. Nupur was very helpful in providing great recommendations on hotels and activities as per my requirements. The Driver Arya from PYT was a humble and nice guy who took care of us very well end to end through out the trip. he was flexible to adjust the schedule and gave good recommendations on what to see and where to spend more time. He had good knowledge of all things in Bali. If anyone wants to go on a trip just blindly go with PYT tell you requirements they will take care of everything
