We had a fantastic trip to Vietnam courtesy Pickyourtrail. The vehicle transfers, pickups in Vietnam, the knowledgeable guides were all perfectly managed. Vietnam is beautiful and so neat, the people are very courteous. Da nang was the best place not that hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city did not have wonderful tourist attractions. We thought Da Nang was much better than Goa with wide clean roads, great beach, large number of hotels with good food, exceptional customer service standards. We will plan a trip to only Da Nang in the near future. Thank you Pickyourtrail for.providing such a memorable outing.

We had a week's trip to Vietnam with PYT. Right from the Itinerary planning to the queries/issues before travel through our entire holiday, everything was meticulously done and well-co ordinated. When there was some issues onsite with the ground team, the PYT service team (from India) stepped in immediately and resolved it making my trip smooth and totally hassle-free. Special mention has to be made of the dedicated, hardworking PYT India team who are on call 24X7 and prompt in addressing any issues or queries. Commendable efforts ! Highly recommend PYT to anyone looking for a "real" vacation :)

We had a lovely trip to Vietnam. Our trip advisor Sathish helped us throughout and made it smooth. From cabs to hotels & activities- everything was top notch. We definitely recommend PYT to everyone looking for curated itineraries according to your choice- just tell them what you want and they make it happen. Thanks team PYT for this trip. It was our 2nd with PYT & we will definitely be back for more!

We planned a trip to Vietnam recently with PYT. They are very organised, extremely patient during the planning process and listened to our preferences. Every progress in the trip planning can be monitored through their app which is very convenient. During the trip, timely updates regarding transfers and activities is given. Any glitch during the trip will be addressed immediately. There is no delay from their end. We really had a good time and strongly recommend PYT for a hassle free trip. We recently visited Cambodia and Bangkok , Pattaya total 12 days tour . I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with the booking team, particularly with Ms. Rishika from PYT. I found her to be rude and adamant about certain facts, especially regarding the compulsory tips, which were not communicated clearly prior booking . On a positive note, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Anita ( Sales Manager) and Ms. Ganga for their cooperation and professionalism. They were very helpful, and I appreciate their support. If you're seeking an unforgettable stay in Cambodia/ Siam Reap , Angkor de Miracle property is a top-tier choice that delivers on every front. From the moment you arrive, you'll be impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The breakfast spread is truly a feast for the senses, featuring a diverse array of fresh, delicious options that cater to every taste. The pool area is nothing short of spectacularluxurious and inviting, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation. Please refer attached photos . The spacious rooms are beautifully designed, providing a serene and comfortable haven after a day of exploration. However, what truly sets Angkor Miracle apart is the outstanding hospitality. Mr. Dara, the manager, stands out for his exceptional attentiveness and warmth, ensuring every guest feels valued and well-cared-for. Overall, Angkor de Miracle is a blend of luxury, comfort, and remarkable service, making it a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cambodia/ Siam Reap . Stayed at Oak Wood Hotel and Residence in Bangkok and service hospitality was satisfactory though there is a loty of room for improvement . Some of the front office /reception staff was found to be rude on telephone ( Mr Monty ). Noted trainees at the front desk / reception with not adequate knowledge on service and room service taxes for food and beverages . The rooms found without any wardrobe and clothes require to be hanged in open which is a put off ( Please refer attached photo ) . Even the handwash in the room was diluted, which felt very cheap. I ordered salmon fish from the menu, but it was not disclosed that it would be dried fish served , which was quite misleading. Breakfast though was found to be satisfactory . Stayed at the Centara Life Avenue Hotel at Pattaya , and it was a disappointing experience. The hotel is located inside a narrow/ congested lane, making access quite inconvenient ( Please refer attached photos ). The reception area is surprisingly small and cramped. Additionally, the lobby had a persistent smell of dried fish, which was off-putting. The staff exhibited stingy behavior when it came to breakfast, offering very limited options ( Please refer attached photos ) . Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend it. Totally not a 4 star property which we had requested and expected . The trip organised by PickYourTrail was quite good and hassle free. What I appreciated the most was the timely transfers from airport to hotel and back as well as for the tours. The team was prompt with their responses throughout the trip which led my friend and I to be extremely relaxed now having to think or stress about anything. The selected tours for Vietnam were also great, especially for Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and Danang Sun World. Absolutely worth it! I would definitely recommend PickMyTrail to my friends and family.
