We recently came back from an amazing trip which was curated by pick your trail. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their exceptional 24/7 service right from the booking process until we landed back. The Stay, transport facilities, activities and fabulous support from driver/guide (Suryawan - BALI), the best employee and were wonderfully planned without any hassle, so we could enjoy our trip without any worries. We have approached pickyourtrail team for a customized singapore tripThe team had planned the trip efficiently and thanks to the entire team for taking up the last minute changes to the itinerary - to the extent possible Area of improvement - hotel room selection could be improvedWe believed/assumed that the room booked for us in Hotel Boss would be sufficient for a family of 4, but when we occupied the room, it was very small for 4 with no ward robes and a very small bath roomso, I would recommend the team to explain customers about the size of the room being booked - since the ground team would know if the room would be sufficient for a given no of pax or not - and if a bigger room is needed suggest budget changes accordingly; and then take consent from customer before booking Thank you PYT team for making our 1st international trip memorable & hassle-free with a little inconvenience from hotel room perspective; hence rating 4

We planned our thailand trip in the month of December with Pickyourtrail. Even we were surprised by the support and effort put in by the team to accommodate all of our request. A special mention of Mr. Arun C David who really walked the extra mile in supporting us. He listened to all of our reuqest and patiently dealt with all the queries and changes. Since we planned a trip for 10 members, there were a lot of itinerary changes and requests. It was completely tailored to suit our specific needs. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to enjoy a stress-free and memorable trip. He will be a true asset to the company. Recently booked a trip to Thailand with them, had a fantastic time there. Everything was spot on, from pickups to drop offs to tour guides. Loved every bit of it. I just have one complaint - during our Phi Phi island tour by Ferry, we were not told that they have booked an economy seat for us. Thus, we had to pay 1600 baht on the spot to upgrade our seat. Please be bit cautious on this as Pickyourtrail may hide few important details while booking the package. I will take one star off due to this. Otherwise it's highly recommended to book with them.

The booking process was smooth and was customized based on our needs. Our requests for changes before and during the trip were promptly accommodated. They were able to adjust our itinerary as needed, and Mithila from the sales team was especially helpful, providing us with regular updates and information.
