It took numerous follow-ups from my side, and only after Mr. Ajit KS intervened did his team, led by Mr. Vignesh, act swiftly to confirm the bookings. Pre-trip experience: Before Mr. Ajit's involvement, I would rate the booking process 2/5, but after his intervention, it improved significantly to 4.5/5. On-trip experience: The trip was smooth and enjoyable, earning an overall 4/5. Most properties were good, the driver was supportive, and the car, though a bit old, was well-maintained. There was one property that was poorly maintained, with insect issues, but Pick Your Trail, particularly Mr. Dinesh, promptly helped arrange alternate accommodation at short notice. Overall, the trip itself was enjoyable, and I appreciate Pick Your Trail's support during on-trip issues. However, for a truly seamless experience, improvements in the booking process and communication post-payment are essential. Would I book with Pick Your Trail again? Possibly, but only with assurances of an end-to-end smooth experience.
