We had a wonderful experience with Pickyourtrail planning our Bali trip! Everything was well organised, and the overall experience was smooth and memorable. A special thanks to Meenakshi, our trip custodian, who was extremely helpful in preparing us for the trip. She ensured we had all the necessary documents and gave us a detailed briefing about our itinerary before departure. This helped us understand our schedule in advance, plan our days accordingly, and be well prepared for the activities and travel arrangements. A big shout-out to Abi Nanthakumar, who regularly followed up with us once our trip began. Abi consistently checked in on our whereabouts, asked how our day went, and made sure everything was going smoothly. This level of care and attention throughout the trip made us feel supported even while we were away from home. Overall, we are very happy with Pickyourtrail's service and the personal attention provided by the team. Their planning, preparation, and regular follow-ups made our Bali holiday a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip!

Booked 7 days Bali trip with PYT. Overall, from planning to execution everything was perfect and hassle-free. Raheena and Hari helped me with my planning and showed no hesitation to accommodate our frequent change requests. Abi Nanthakumar was following up daily during the trip and made sure everything is perfect. Finally, our driver and guide Pratham - he was very punctual, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend PYT if you want your trip to be custom-made only for you.

We booked our Maldives trip through Pickyourtrail and are really happy with the experience. Planning went smoothly, but what stood out was how they stayed with us after the booking was done. Throughout the trip, someone from the PYT team checked in with us every day. That daily check-in made us feel connected and looked after, even while we were away. It was clear they don't treat customers as just a sale. They genuinely put in the effort to make sure we had the best possible experience. A special thanks to Kavita, Aakash and Rithitha, who assisted us from start to finish. Their support and responsiveness made a real difference to our trip. Highly recommend Pickyourtrail to anyone planning an international holiday.

We had a lovely time in Bhutan and all thanks to our guide Keshap and driver Yeshay. Both of them were really attentive and helpful during our 7N/8D trip. During the trip, one of my son fell sick and needed emergency care on a Sunday. Keshap, Yeshay and the entire PYT team were supportive and ensured immediate attention was received. Glad to have chosen PYT and so thankful for our guide and driver for showing us the beauty of Bhutan. Keshap is extremely knowledgeable about the history of his country and answered all our questions patiently. He helped us in suggesting not only restaurants but also ensuring the restaurants provided kid-friendly food. Thanks for the amazing trip experiencing the true culture of Bhutan!!

We had a wonderful experience with Pickyourtrail during our Bali trip. The itinerary was well planned, the arrangements were smooth, and we got to enjoy beautiful places and exciting adventures together. The support team was helpful throughout the journey. Overall, it was a memorable experience for us as a couple. Thank you, Pickyourtrail, for making our Bali trip special!

Very well planned and executed. Everything went as planned. Our stays were comfortable. Special Thanks to Heavenly Bhutan. The cost was reasonable and well worth.

My wife and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Pickyourtrail for organising such a wonderful and beautifully customised holiday to Coco Bodu Hithi, Maldives. From the initial planning to the overall arrangements, everything was thoughtfully organised, making our romantic getaway truly special. The breathtaking ocean views, peaceful surroundings, and stunning water villa created unforgettable memories that we will cherish forever. However, we would like to share some constructive feedback regarding Coco Bodu Hithi. We were disappointed with the food and dessert standards, which could be improved considering the resorts luxury reputation. Additionally, the water villa pathways felt unstable and slippery, and we sincerely hope the management prioritises their maintenance and guest safety. Despite these concerns, we had a beautiful and memorable holiday. A special and heartfelt thank you to the entire Pickyourtrail team for their excellent planning, coordination, and efforts in making our dream Maldives getaway a reality. We truly appreciate your service and would happily recommend Pickyourtrail to anyone planning a memorable holiday.
