We had opted only for our Singapore visa with pick your trail. They were very efficient and the process was very smooth. Just sometimes a little communication gap, but that's okay considering the bigger picture. Totally satisfied with the whole experience. The best part was even though we had opted for only visa, the team was in constant touch throughout the trip asking us whether we require any assistance.
