However, once the payment was made, there was a prolonged silence regarding the actual bookings. The trip planner assigned to me delayed confirmations for 12-13 days, causing most of the finalized hotels to sell out. It took numerous follow-ups from my side, and only after Mr. Ajit KS intervened did his team, led by Mr. Vignesh, act swiftly to confirm the bookings. Pre-trip experience: Before Mr. Ajit's involvement, I would rate the booking process 2/5, but after his intervention, it improved significantly to 4.5/5. On-trip experience: The trip was smooth and enjoyable, earning an overall 4/5. Most properties were good, the driver was supportive, and the car, though a bit old, was well-maintained. There was one property that was poorly maintained, with insect issues, but Pick Your Trail, particularly Mr. Dinesh, promptly helped arrange alternate accommodation at short notice. Overall, the trip itself was enjoyable, and I appreciate Pick Your Trail's support during on-trip issues. However, for a truly seamless experience, improvements in the booking process and communication post-payment are essential. Would I book with Pick Your Trail again? Had a good Sri Lanka vacation through Pickyourtrail. There were some initial hickups and delays on our arrival but it was handled quickly by the team and later the vacation went well. We enjoyed our trip to Sri Lanka. Staff at Pick your trail coordinated things with the travel agents at Sri Lanka if there were any issues and we got the best service. The itinerary was customised and it was budget friendly.

Had a good Sri Lanka vacation through Pickyourtrail. There were some initial hickups and delays on our arrival but it was handled quickly by the team and later the vacation went well. The hotels booked were very good and the local taxi drivers were helpful. Rahul from Pickyourtrail was constantly in touch and followed up with us regularly. Overall we had a good vacation to a wonderful destination. Thanks!

Very good trip arranged by PYT. Again, absolutely seamless, we never had to worry about anything. Total hands free experience. PYT is my go to company for curating my trip exactly as I need. Sri Lanka was a fabulous experience! We never had to think of where to go. Our driver cum tour guide was a knowledgeable man and took us to some really beautiful places. Thank u PYT ??

It was quite an amazing experience with PYT with regard to my Lanka trip..the partners in Srilanka were also good following up day to day plans.. It was not at all a formal correspondence so it made everything highly friendly and soothing experience... My suggestion is pls give us more precise options to pick from with regard to each place of visit, it would be helpful to choose from.. thumbs up..continue ur good work!!

It was comfortable throughout 5 days and my parents enjoyed a lot.. Private car was provided to cover all places and the guide was also informative..
