It was great travelling with Pickyourtrail.. all arrangements were made well. Support was good. I went to Malaysia - KL and langkawi.. transfers and all other accommodation arrangements were made well. App wise they can improve the support chat as that doesnt get refreshed automatically need to close and open multiple times.

I went to Malaysia - KL and langkawi.. transfers and all other accommodation arrangements were made well. Heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the entire team of pickyourtrail team for the service and on call 24 7 support provided. We would love to share one experience in KL Malaysia where the cab we were traversing had some mechanical issues and had to be halted in close proximity to rain forest area and the crew was in to action and got it solved within 45 minutes by providing a new cab with frequent follow-ups . I realized when it really mattered the most pickyourtrail has done full justice and helped us in being calm and peacefull in an unknown city where we had no connections. Special thanks to shruthi . Speaking about the trip it was well planned ,executed and coordinated by pickyoutrail.Once Again thank you so much for the unforgettable experience and support provided.i wish all the best and success.
