We had opted only for our Singapore visa with pick your trail. They were very efficient and the process was very smooth. Just sometimes a little communication gap, but that's okay considering the bigger picture. Totally satisfied with the whole experience. The best part was even though we had opted for only visa, the team was in constant touch throughout the trip asking us whether we require any assistance. Since this was my first international trip, Im happy that everything went smoothly with the agency! My only suggestion is to plan your itinerary on your own, as most places in Singapore are easy to cover using public transport, except Sentosa, which needs more planning. Many attractions are free, so research activities before booking packages to save money. Universal Studios was definitely the highlight of our trip!
