Chandramouli and the team did an excellent job in keeping us informed with regular daily updates on all activities. Their communication was clear, timely, and very reassuring throughout the process. The live chat support team was also extremely helpful, providing quick responses and efficient turnaround whenever I had questions. Took a Maldives trip from Pickyourtrail. Booking experience was fine. We had a rough start to the trip, almost had to cancel but we somehow made to Maldives due to the Srilankan floods. The moment we landed to the resort, the overall experience was amazing, super hospitality. It was a lifetime experience. Outstanding Kenya Trip Experience with PickYourTrails We recently completed an amazing trip to Kenya with PickYourTrails, traveling as a family with my wife and young son, and I can confidently say they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Right from the planning stage, the team gave us multiple options for stays, places to visit, and experiences, paying attention to even the smallest details. The itinerary was customized exactly to our preferences, and they patiently kept refining it until we were fully satisfied. Everything felt well-planned, smooth, and stress-free. I would especially like to appreciate three people who made this trip truly special: 1. Preksha (Front-End Team): She was extremely patient and took the time to genuinely understand what kind of holiday we were looking for. Based on our preferences, she suggested options that matched our expectations perfectly. Her calm approach and attention to detail made the planning process very comfortable. 2. Shreyah Krishna (Back-End Team): She handled the execution and follow-ups brilliantly. Her coordination was excellent, and she ensured everything went smoothly throughout the trip. Very hands-on, proactive, and clearly someone who knows how to manage things well. 3. David Agisu (Driver & Guide): David was exceptional. They have assisted us with everything required for the trip and provided 24/7 support over the whatsapp group. We had an amazing trip which gave us good memories and well spent 8 days. There were no delays anywhere and co-ordinator in the Vietnam was also very good and responded to our queries and helped us with everything. Coming to the pickyourtrail app which had everything at one place related to trip like documents and details. We have spent good time in Vietnam and enjoyed the trip a lot.
