My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. Id like to share my experience with PickYourTrail. Overall, it was a good experiencethough with a little more planning on my part, it could have been great. I dont fault the team, as I booked the trip on very short notice and should have done some additional research myself. That said, the teams support and assistance were excellent throughout. A special thanks to Rishika, my first point of contact, who helped plan the trip, and to Adithyan, who provided 24/7 support while I was in Sri Lanka. My queries were addressed almost immediately, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. Great team, I would definitely recommend them for booking any travel plans!
