We planned our thailand trip in the month of December with Pickyourtrail. Even we were surprised by the support and effort put in by the team to accommodate all of our request. A special mention of Mr. Arun C David who really walked the extra mile in supporting us. He listened to all of our reuqest and patiently dealt with all the queries and changes. Since we planned a trip for 10 members, there were a lot of itinerary changes and requests. It was completely tailored to suit our specific needs. Recently booked a trip to Thailand with them, had a fantastic time there. Everything was spot on, from pickups to drop offs to tour guides. Loved every bit of it. I just have one complaint - during our Phi Phi island tour by Ferry, we were not told that they have booked an economy seat for us. Thus, we had to pay 1600 baht on the spot to upgrade our seat. Please be bit cautious on this as Pickyourtrail may hide few important details while booking the package. I will take one star off due to this. Otherwise it's highly recommended to book with them.

The booking process was smooth and was customized based on our needs. Our requests for changes before and during the trip were promptly accommodated.
