We had been to Mauritius for our honeymoon in December. Mauritius is a wonderful place and there a lot of places to cover. The entire trip was planned by Pickurtrail and the trip was very comfortable with a good luxury hotel and the cars provided to go around the place was also good. Initially we had issue with hotel booking and Pickurtrail took up the issue and had offered to refund. For Mauritius it is better to do a research by yourself on the places u want to visit and by co ordinating with pick ur trail to make the best of it. Good job by Akash and Ayushi on owning the responsibility for the issue and making sure the issue is not carry forwarded for the rest of the days.

Their customer support is the best I've ever experienced, the team is well-informed, kind, and attentive, and they remember even the smallest details and preferences. Every trip is customised to make the experience feel effortless and elevated, right from the stay to the activities. There's room to personalise absolutely everything! I'd love to mention a few names. Shrishty was my first point of contact for the Mauritius trip, and she matched our excitement and enthusiasm from the very start. She listened carefully to our likes and preferences and made sure the trip was planned to perfection. Before the trip begins, PYT creates a dedicated WhatsApp group with multiple team members to ensure round-the-clock support.
