Our trip to Europe crafted by Pickyourtrail was wonderful. The staff took great care to tailor our trip to our requirements and were in constant touch with regular updates. We went on a 15 day long trip to Germany and Austria with pickyourtrail, and absolutely loved our experience! Right from designing the itinerary to the follow up after the trip everything went smooth! Yes, we had a few hiccups during the process, which is common to any travel agency, but we had a peace of mind irrespective, because we had 100% trust that pickyourtrail will do everything in their reach to make our experience as enjoyable as possible! We booked our Vietnam trip through Pick Your Trails and overall had a really good experience. The planning and customization process was smooth, and we felt very comfortable throughout. There were a couple of minor issues from the local ground team in Vietnam, like missing timely updates and the Ho chi min guide not being very engaging (though he explained things well). However, the Pick Your Trails team was always responsive whenever we needed help. Special mention to Rajalakshmi, who kept checking on us throughout the trip she genuinely felt like a friend who cared. Mentioning the small drawbacks only for improvement, because overall their service was excellent. Highly recommended!
