The overall experience was good. I used the Bali package Pros: 1 Good accomodation 2. Good private transfers 3. Live 24x7 Chat support and quick resolution of queries. Cons: 1. The selected areas were not upto the mark 2. The driver cum guide should be more knowledgeable and have understanding of English 4. Honeymoon package didn't have anything extraordinary

They can improve upon their detailed briefing about the place of visit such as the kind of landscape we may encounter, specific timings of any places of visit etc. Overall it has been a pleasant experience with PYT during our recent trip to Bali. Nithin Kalyan deserves the Best Employee Award at PickYourTrail. My family had the smoothest and the most organized and fun filled Thailand trip ever. Loved the way Nithin planned everything for us and hats off to his patience level as we were changing options to best fit our trip. The private transfers, the coordination with the drivers and hotels there was on point. The trip was tailored for us by Nithin in such a way that it was budget friendly for us and at the same time, it was super convenient and extremely satisfactory. We are 100% booking our next trip this year with PickYourTrail and we definitely need Nithin Kalyan for it... Great job guys.!!!!
