The entire trip was so well-organized, and every destination included in the package was managed with great attention to detail. The breakfast and lunch provided were excellent, and each guide and driver was friendly and approachable throughout the journey. A special thanks to Anith Peter, Soundharya, and Abi Nanthakumar for their kind support in making this tour truly memorable. Overall, heartfelt thanks to the entire Pick Your Trail team for such a wonderful and well-planned arrangement. However, I did face a few issues related to the accommodation, which Ill explain in my next review.

And then they cover you throughout the trip.. with a 24*7 customer care chat open with prompt replies.. so you r rest assured that you have someone backing you up throughout.. and the hotels they have chosen for me has never disappointed me.. Ho chi Minh stay had a Jacuzzi, Danang stay was a beach front, and the hanoi was in the centre of Old quarters.. I couldn't have chosen it better. Three trips as yet and they haven't disappointed till now.. hoping to go again with you guys.. thank you

I travelled to Vietnam with my wife and 2 teenage sons this month. This was my 3rd trip booked end to end so far via Pickyourtrail though after a gap of 5 years, thanks to the intervening Covid situation for almost 2 years. Doing literally back-to-back and that too 3 trips with Pickyourtrail, should say something about what I think of the experience of planning a vacation via them. This latest Vietnam trip was no different and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I'd like to make a special mention of Adarsh Krishnan, my travel consultant at Pickyourtrail, who suggested Vietnam as a destination after hearing what I was looking to achieve from my vacation, and from start to end, patiently bore my meticulous questions about the trip, my expectations from it and curated a very well-planned itinerary, most importantly matching my budget. The highlight of the trip was the cruise along Halong Bay, it was a breathtaking view, we got to do Kayaking and the cruise was a great experience. Had booked an international trip for Vietnam and Malaysia through Pickyourtrial. I was contacted by one Rishika Rao L who helped me create customised itinerary, as what I was looking for was not present by default in the app. She provided the itinerary along with the names of the contacts in Vietnam and Malaysia. Though sceptical at first with Pickyourtrial, the trip was really smooth and enjoyable. It was hassle free as everything was arranged as per the itinerary and the contacts were very prompt in chucking on us for either transport or any activities mentioned in the itinerary. They also helped us with Visas, which was granted to us without any fuss.
