We have came through the pickyourtrail profile in instagram. When we planned singapore trip from day 1 we enquired about the quotation . They have organized it well from day 1 to day 5.we have enjoyed alot in this trip because of the smooth arrangement in Singapore. Everything went smooth even we have toddler but all arrangements were top notch. Special thanks to dhayananthan and taarakesh. Even in trip also we had some doubts but they cleared it within 10 min . Two days before our departure, Adityan reached out and supported us throughout helping with navigation, checking in on us, and ensuring everything was seamless. Every detail, from airport pickups to hotel arrangements to our return drop-off, was handled perfectly. Traveling in a different country can feel overwhelming, but knowing there was a dedicated team supporting me was like having a strong pillar behind us. I have booked my Singapore Tour with PYT, for my Family. Their response, communication and customer service was very good. Especially Kesav from sales team and Karthik in India and Catherine, Thanu, Anand and Lavanya from the Singapore Gloworld team. They are very responsive and very flexible in arranging the itinerary. There are couple of issues regarding the Express Pass for universal studio and the weather. I kept asking for Express Pass, but was told it wouldn't be necessary, but if needed, I can upgrade it at the park. We visited the Park on 19th May 2025, a week day, but still its very crowded. Express Pass is necessary if you want to cover all the rides, especially the Rollercoaster rides, which have 60-90 mins waiting time. And you better buy it in advance, as buying in the park costs you s$110 per ticket, while in klook, you can get almost 1000 rs cheaper per ticket. Also they didn't inform us about the weather conditions. They should have recommended us to carry rain coats. People going to Singapore should carry a raincoat (umbrella's are not allowed in few attractions, eg: Wings of time, a ride in universal), as the weather is pretty unpredictable. Any how, Thanks guys for arranging such a memorable Vacation.
