My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. Everything was arranged perfectly during my vacation to Maldives by Pickyourtrail from pick up at the airport to drop at the island. Food was great, stay at the beach and over water villa was amazing. The staff were very courteous and the support team at Pickyourtrail kept checking with us if everything was good. The response from them was instant as well. In short a very well arranged holiday. The resort representative who was supposed to be available holding the placard was not there when we arrived at Maldives and we had to do a bit of searching in order to find him. If this can be fixed, it will be great. Else the experience was top notch. Keep up the good work and keep arranging such sooper hit holidays!!
