My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. I wanted to share quick feedback on the recent trip. Overall, it was a good experience. The arrangements were smooth, and the schedule was well-planned. Everythingfrom travel and stay to the schedulewas handled smoothly. I appreciate the excellent coordination and support throughout the trip. Area of improvement- Need to respond the calls while on the trip and for us not explained about langkawi activities and side seeing, If explained well we can extend one more day.
