My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. The trip was organised really systematically with help rendered at each and every step from the team . The driver were good enough following the time and also helpful sharing the local information . The food was too good and on request customized too. The only unsatisfactory thing was about the hotel at Ubud certain things in the hotel were problematic like the door not getting closed or the bathroom door with transparent glass directly opening to the fields making it little uncomfortable to bath . Otherwise everything was good

I recently booked a vacation to London, Manchester, Inverness, and Edinburgh through Pickyourtrail, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. While there was an initial hiccup in the planning phase the person initially assigned to assist us, Tamil, wasnt very responsive and we faced a few issues things improved significantly once Chandana was brought in. She was incredibly helpful, proactive, and ensured everything was back on track quickly. The connections and transport throughout the trip were seamless, making the entire journey stress-free. The hotels in London, Manchester, and Inverness were comfortable and well-located. However, the hotel in Edinburgh was quite basic and didnt meet the standard of the others a better option there would have made the trip perfect. All the activities Pickyourtrail had planned were enjoyable, well-organized, and gave us a great experience of each city. Special thanks again to Chandana for her excellent support. I would definitely recommend Pickyourtrail and look forward to planning future trips with you.
