A Truly Wonderful 8-Day Trip to Bali & Singapore with PickYourTrail! A big thank you to Naveen, who patiently curated our itinerary and handled all bookings with great attention to detail. Soundarya and Vignesh were extremely helpful in explaining every aspect of the trip from hotels and transfers to daily plans ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. During the trip, Abhi provided wonderful on-ground support and was always just a message away whenever we needed assistance. In Bali, our driver Ibel made the trip extra special! Always punctual, polite, and full of positive energy, he ensured all our pickups were on time and guided us with local insights that made every day memorable. A huge thanks to Mahadev at the watersports activity too his enthusiasm, professionalism, and care made it one of the most thrilling experiences of our journey! The staff at Dedary Resort were outstanding warm, welcoming, and ever ready to help. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home amidst Balis natural beauty. Moving on to Singapore, our local guide Ms. Bean deserves a special mention for her engaging narration, humor, and knowledge. She made sightseeing fun and informative, helping us appreciate the culture and stories behind every landmark we visited. Every pickup was timely, every activity was well-coordinated, and every moment felt effortless and well-planned. PickYourTrail truly lives up to its promise of a smart, stress-free travel experience. Special thanks to Hari for his excellent follow-up throughout the planning and booking process he ensured everything was well-coordinated and kept us updated regularly. Vincent did a great job in processing all our travel documents smoothly and on time. Their 24/7 online support since the trip started was truly commendable always available, quick to assist, and very professional. While the planning on the sightseeing spots could have been a bit better, most of the places suggested were iconic and memorable. Overall, a great experience and strongly recommended for anyone planning a Bali trip or any international vacation!
