Heartfelt Thanks for Making Our Singapore Trip Special...From my very first call, Austin and Shabreen were incredibly reassuring. I still remember Austin telling me, Madam, safety is ensured you and your kids will be safe. Those words meant more to me than I can explain. They gave me the confidence and strength to go ahead with the trip. Two days before our departure, Adityan reached out and supported us throughout helping with navigation, checking in on us, and ensuring everything was seamless. Every detail, from airport pickups to hotel arrangements to our return drop-off, was handled perfectly. Traveling in a different country can feel overwhelming, but knowing there was a dedicated team supporting me was like having a strong pillar behind us. The WhatsApp travel support group was especially thoughtful quick responses, real-time assistance, and constant reassurance made a world of difference. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Adityan, Austin, Shabreen, Cathereen, and the entire team who worked behind the scenes to make this trip smooth and memorable.

Hi. I recently visited singapore. It was one awesome trip. Itinerary was well planned by Ms.Bhavashree, she helped a lot in planning this trip. We were so happy and satisfied by Mr.Adithyan and team who were available throughout our days in Singapore.we preferred vegetarian options so they picked a perfect location for our stay. I have booked my Singapore Tour with PYT, for my Family. Their response, communication and customer service was very good. Especially Kesav from sales team and Karthik in India and Catherine, Thanu, Anand and Lavanya from the Singapore Gloworld team. They are very responsive and very flexible in arranging the itinerary. There are couple of issues regarding the Express Pass for universal studio and the weather. I kept asking for Express Pass, but was told it wouldn't be necessary, but if needed, I can upgrade it at the park. We visited the Park on 19th May 2025, a week day, but still its very crowded. Express Pass is necessary if you want to cover all the rides, especially the Rollercoaster rides, which have 60-90 mins waiting time. And you better buy it in advance, as buying in the park costs you s$110 per ticket, while in klook, you can get almost 1000 rs cheaper per ticket. Also they didn't inform us about the weather conditions. They should have recommended us to carry rain coats. People going to Singapore should carry a raincoat (umbrella's are not allowed in few attractions, eg: Wings of time, a ride in universal), as the weather is pretty unpredictable. Any how, Thanks guys for arranging such a memorable Vacation.

Once the trip started the 24/7 support team of Shreya, Mohammed and Hariharan helped and accommodated each of my request and made sure it got fulfilled on time. A point to mention is their counterparts in Singapore which did a fabulous job. From sharing daily updates about the next day activities, they also shared how you can make out the best of that particular activity in the given time. Fantastic coordination and Fabulous experience!
