My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. A wonderful experience with PYT for my first international trip. It was well planned, so for someone who is travelling for the first time things became so easy. Rakshita's enthusiasm during the booking stage pushed me to book this trip. Then, Shabreen was available to help with the queries. And, Adithyan's constant check-ins during the trip made us feel very comfortable. The local agents were also always on time for pickup and drop. Overall, we had an amazing trip to Singapore.

PYT has been a great partner for us both during our 2021 anniversary trip to Maldives and again now to celebrate our daughters first birthday. Everything has been extraordinary across both the instances. For our 2026 trip just wanted to call out the efforts of Sneha who helped us with the planning and Hari Haran for his post booking support. I didnt want any hazzle during a trip with my 1-year old and they both ensured the same from the date of confirmation till the last day of the trip. Thank you both :)
