My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. Weve just completed our family trip to Singapore and Langkawi with Pick your trail. Overall it was a memorable experience. There were a few misses during the itinerary planning phase. Despite mentioning our preference for certain rides/places several times, they were unfortunately left out from our itenary.We only realised this during the mid of our trip; however, once we reached out to the on-site support team, they proactively addressed the issue along with the sales team and ensured everything was arranged smoothly, which we truly appreciated. Apart from this, everything else was perfectly executed and well managed. Huge shout out to Mahalakshmi and Bala from On-site support team and Chitranshu from the Visa processing support team.
