I recently took my Singapore trip with Pickyourtrail. Abdul had assisted me to craft a well planned itenary. I asked him multiple times to change certain places or timings comfortable for me, he did it without any hesitation. He was very patient and listened to all my queries and tried answering everything to me by eod. The support team was also very good at handling things even at the last minute. I recently took my Singapore trip with Pickyourtrail. Abdul had assisted me to craft a well planned itenary. I asked him multiple times to change certain places or timings comfortable for me, he did it without any hesitation. He was very patient and listened to all my queries and tried answering everything to me by eod. The support team was also very good at handling things even at the last minute. We recently traveled to Singapore and Malaysia with pickyourtrail. Coordination from the beginning to the end is really good. Package is reasonable, team kept their atmost effort for preparing best iterinary.

Thanks to Pickyourtrail who enabled us to have a wonderful family trip to Singapore. Customising the itinerary, help in the flight booking, support given by the local team in Singapore are some of key points which are appreciable. Hotel accommodation is excellent but could have managed better in terms of proper communication about the complimentary breakfast and check in date/time. Otherwise it was awesome

4.5/5 stars! Amazing experience with Sri Gayathri (POC) - excellent communication & guidance. Smooth itinerary & payment process. However, flight personalization had issues, resolved after 2am wait. Divya Darshini was cooperative. One suggestion: improve communication on transit visa requirements. We missed exploring Singapore airport & city due to lack of information (needs 48hr prior application). Traveling with senior citizens, we wasted 7 hours inside the airport. Beautiful Bali trip otherwise! Recommendation: Enhance pre-trip guidance on visa requirements & international card transaction etc.
