Moving on to Singapore, our local guide Ms. Bean deserves a special mention for her engaging narration, humor, and knowledge. She made sightseeing fun and informative, helping us appreciate the culture and stories behind every landmark we visited. We chose pickyourtrial for our singapore n malaysia trip. We had a very good experience overall starting from the discussion with the sales person in planning the itenary, followed by visa processing and tour briefing few days before the starting of the tour and then with the live support using WhatsApp group chat to coordinate well across the complete duration of the tour from airport pickup to drop back at the airport plus the schedule for the day communicated in the previous evening, etc

We planned our vacation to Malaysia and Singapore with PYT. Our trip planner Andrew Kevin was polite and professional. He helped us plan a customised itinerary. I would like to give a shout out to Kevin for his patience and guidance. Overall it was a good trip, everything was well managed and we received timely updates. The communication and coordination by PYT and the ground team was EXCELLENT throughout the trip. The main issue we had was with the hotel in Singapore, it was extremely small and not practical for a couple. The bedroom was cramped, the bathroom basically consisted of a washbasin and a toilet. There was no additional space or dedicated shower area in the bathroom and we had to somehow manage for 3 days. It was truly a BAD experience. The room in Kuala Lumpur was adequate and equipped with essentials and the room in Langkawi was spacious and equipped with essentials as well. Another issue we had during our trip was the location of the hotels from Bricksfield (Kuala Lumpur) and Little India (Singapore). We are vegetarians and it's very difficult to find any Indian or Veg cuisine anywhere in Malaysia or Singapore except at areas like Bricksfield and Little India . Due to this we had to travel each day for dinner and few days for lunch between our room and the restaurants using Grab and that added another 6-7K INR across 9 days in expenses for us. If the hotels provided to us by PYT were located at or in the vicinity of these areas, it would have saved us some valuable time and the additional cost. Apart from this, everything else was great! Thank you.

We travelled to Singapore from Pick your trail and I am using the same for 2nd or 3rd time. Journey with pick your trail is always hastle free like early check ins - late check outs. Immediate changes in itinerary, near by Indian restaurants & foods. Very helpful when you are travelling with kids as they help us preparing last minutes entrys. 24*7 available on the chat box. Between 18-24 hrs before they remind you with next days activities and also alert us about the opening timing of the activities or the places like Universal Studios. Guys I can bet you on this Pick your trail will always give us the best market rate this is for sure. I will keep travelling with Pick your trail.
