We booked our all-girls Thailand trip with Pick Your Trail and planned it with their associate (Ashirwad). We received excellent recommendations and they gave us the freedom to decide how we wanted to structure our days. The trip was going smoothly until we hit a snag: we found roaches in our four-star hotel when we arrived in Phuket. It didnt meet our expectations, especially given what we had paid for. We immediately contacted their support team and Ashirwaad. While the support team didnt provided us with satisfactory resolution initially, Ashirwaad stepped forward and assured us he would resolve the hotel issue and we were moved to another hotel the very next day. The new hotel was wonderful and perfectly aligned with our expectations. From that point onward, everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic time and soon forgot about the incident. It was our first international trip as friends in 18 years, so it was important for us to make the most of it. We really appreciate Ashirwaad and his team for turning things around and making this a memorable trip. We would definitely approach them again for their excellent services!

Pickyourtrail is one of the better travel agencies out there. Our trip to Thailand went very smoothly and their 24*7 support chat was very helpful for on ground assistance, however there needs to be better inter communication between the teams during the previous stages.

Since we had our 2 year old daughter travelling the entire itinerary was designed accordingly. We really appreciate trip planner Suchis efforts in curating a customized itinerary. Our Thailand trip organised by PYT was good. Time given for the activities was just right. Need to improve on providing complete details with the customers on all the activities in a given event or a place.
