They resolved every query within a few minutes and I never felt left out or stranded during the entire trip. 2. All my questions before the trip was answered and the team was proactively calling me up to know if i have any questions about the activities or the plan in general. 3. The hotels booked were in perfect locations and had access to public transport and food. Everything was at walkable distance and made my spontaneous planning a breeze. 4.
