Journey down South

You can kick-start your trip from the legislative capital of South Africa, Cape Town. Any South African holiday package will be incomplete without Cape Town in it. There are more than 250 species of bird and ostriches along the way. They also have the Boulders beach; a stroll on the coast with the wild waves can be a bit relaxing. To have a tiny bit of history, take a boat ride to the Robben Island which was an offshore prison now turned into a museum. You will have guides who were former inmates, so a good dosage of history and prison stories right there. Being in Africa, you are in for some beautiful national parks and experiencing it up close. The Kruger National Park, South Africa’s first national park and Africa’s largest. They are known for providing so many varieties of traditional safari experiences. Home to so many species and specializing in safari guides makes them hard to skip in a South African tour package. Moving to Johannesburg, we have the Gold Reef City. But, the wildlife experience is best from June to October. But in general, summer is from mid-October to mid-February and winter is from May to July.
